Kristen started her career as a Buyer in New York’s fashion industry, where she developed a deep love for textiles. That passion continues to inspire her work today.
When designing an interior, a single beautiful textile is often the starting point for the entire space. Designing a home is like solving a puzzle - she and her team and work closely with each client to uncover the best way to meet their functional needs while creating rooms that feel effortlessly layered, balanced, and beautiful.

Amy brings a rare blend of strategic insight and meticulous execution to KBJ Interiors. A graduate of Cornell University, she began her career in luxury retail as a buyer for Lord & Taylor, where she honed a deep understanding of sourcing, pricing, and vendor relationships.
At KBJ Interiors, Amy oversees operations and procurement with exceptional precision - managing product selections, orders, and logistics to ensure every detail is executed seamlessly. Her keen eye for accuracy and process allows our projects to run smoothly behind the scenes, giving clients confidence that their investment is being handled with care and expertise.
Sarah Pence
Design & Technology Support
Sarah provides essential design and technical expertise to the KBJ Interiors team, translating creative concepts into clear, accurate visual tools. With a strong aptitude for design technology, she assists with digital floor plans, layouts, and renderings, helping bring ideas to life long before installation day.
Her technical expertise ensures plans are precise, thoughtfully executed, and easy to understand - supporting both the design team and clients throughout the design process.
