We hired Kristen to redecorate our family, living, and dining rooms, incl our foyer. Through every step of the process Kristen was professional, organized, understanding, and creative. She also worked w/ our very busy schedules and was patient when we didn't make decisions as quickly as we should. Plus, she provided us with just a few options for a lot of things - which for us was perfect. She provided frequent updates, as well as realistic timelines for when furniture would be delivered and installed. A testament to how much we love our updated, redecorated spaces is that my husband left the lights on our living room one night. When I asked why, he said it looks too nice to have the lights off.
